My tours are very relaxed and lots of fun. I will regale you with stories about local history and spirits, but I encourage those on my tour to share their own experiences as well. You’ll be able to ask questions and interact with me as well as other tour guests. And these tours are family friendly… there will be no gore or campy unexpected surprises.
Just make sure you wear clothing that you’re comfortable in and weather appropriate. My tour is kid friendly. We’re pet friendly, too, as long as your pet is people friendly.
If a tour needs to be canceled by your tour guide, he/she will reach out to you directly within 24 hours of your scheduled departure using the contact information you’ve given. Refunds will be issued directly through your cc company. If you prefer to reschedule, your guide will handle that process at that time. If you have to cancel for any reason, cancellations received at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour will be refunded directly through your cc company or rescheduled if you prefer.
No refunds will be issued the day of the tour for cancellations or no shows.
If for any reason you must cancel your tour or event, Athens Haunted History Tour will retain the deposit, along with any other funds previously paid up until the event. If you cancel your private tour within 48 hours of the original purchase, it can be refunded. In other cases after 48 hours, some of the previous tickets may be refunded by special request. Any remaining balances will no longer be due.
In the event that you or anyone in your group presents a hostile or threatening attitude with any guest or your guide, I reserve the right to refuse your attendance to my tours as of that event and for all future instances. Athens Haunted History Tours does not allow disruption or hostility, vulgarity, intoxication, or violence, period. If you or any one of your group presents themselves in this manner, you may first be asked to cease the behavior, or you will be asked to leave immediately. I reserve the right to call law enforcement if the situation deems necessary.
No refunds will be issued to any guests who are asked to leave due to behavior problems.
